Ingredients
- 60 ml Pure Distilling Coconut Rum Top Up
- 50 ml Cranberry Juice
- 30 ml Pineapple Juice
- Pineapple Slice (for garnish)
- Ice
Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour Coconut Rum Top Up over the ice.
- Top with pineapple juice and cranberry juice (in that order)
- Garnish with a pineapple slice.
- Gently stir and enjoy!
N.B. – Before preparing, mix the Pure Distilling ingredients with neutral spirit as per instructions on product label.
